Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage (Organic)
Description
This early-maturing variety is delicious eaten fresh. The conical, solid, tightly held heads grow up to 15″ long by 7″ wide and weigh 3-4 pounds each.
Sauerkraut and kimchi are popular ways of preserving cabbage over the winter. Make several small batches with different vegetables and seasonings to pair with your meals throughout the year.
