Downtown Development Authority

The Howell Downtown Development Authority supports of various downtown improvement projects throughout the year. DDA Board Meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month (except combined November/December meetings) at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers located at 611 East Grand River Ave, Howell, MI. Alternatively, meetings may be held virtually via Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic and as approved by Governor Whitmer. Meetings are open to the public and participation and input from such is strongly encouraged.
