Use of Public Meeting Rooms
Meeting Rooms Booking Request Form
Complete the form to submit your Meeting Room booking request (5-10 minutes to complete). Please review the information and step-by-step instructions before proceeding.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee use of the room. Library staff reviews all requests and will confirm via email that a booking request has been approved.
Meeting Rooms may be scheduled no less than 1 week and no more than 45 calendar days prior to the scheduled date. Please submit a separate request for each use of each room desired.
For-profit organizations or businesses using either meeting room are limited to staff training opportunities for employees of that organization or business only.
Use of Study Rooms
The technology in the rooms allow up to 4 devices to show on the TVs at one time. Devices can either use HDMI, VGA or wireless to show their screens on the TV. No mobile devices will work with this technology, only devices that have an HDMI, VGA or can install the software to display wireless (Windows/Mac).
